Terms of Service

NorthCan Safety Solutions provides occupational health and safety consulting, documentation, training, and program management services to Canadian employers. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to you before work begins.

Submitting an enquiry or consultation request through this website does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We will review your submission and respond with a proposal or follow-up questions. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written scope of work or service agreement.

Payments for add-on services and packages purchased through this website are processed by GoDaddy Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to GoDaddy Payments' terms of service in addition to these terms.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Payments are due at the time of purchase unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed in writing.

Refund and cancellation terms for purchased services are set out in your service agreement. For add-on packages purchased online, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase if you believe a charge was made in error. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and program descriptions — is the property of NorthCan Safety Solutions and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission. Documents and templates delivered as part of a service engagement are licensed for use by the purchasing organization and may not be resold or redistributed.

NorthCan Safety Solutions provides safety consulting and documentation services to support your organization's compliance efforts. We do not guarantee regulatory compliance outcomes. Responsibility for implementing and maintaining a safe workplace rests with the employer. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
